• Standard Delivery: All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days across India.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your delivery in real-time.

At Modyne Fashions, we take immense pride in our quality and fit. However, if you run into an issue with your order, we are here to help!

Eligibility & Timeline

• 48-Hour Reporting Window: Any request for a return or exchange must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will unfortunately not be eligible.
• Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange: Size issues, product damage or defects, or a wrong item received.

Condition of Returned Items

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and invoice.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

1. Drop us an email or message on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your package.
2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the garment.
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the return process.
